The new album is much in the style of it's predecessor the Quantum Enigma, a bit different sound from the classic first albums with more emphasis on catchy melodies and passages. Altough there's still the classic Epica elements such as orchestral passages the general sound may be less "Agressive" than previous records. The earbook is an excellent quality piece with a really good looking cover, definitly worth it if you like the bands new works
