by Andreas Reissnauer (null) Finally we have another album of the Finnish group Sentenced in record-stores. This album is their best output so far - it's more melodic than the last album "Down", which can be put down to the fantasic guitarplaying of Lopakka and Tenkula, and to the much better singing done by Ville Laihiala. The man, without doubt, must have had a lot of practice. There has never been a semi-ballad like "The rain comes falling down" from this combo, before. An absolute highlight with super guitarsolos and catchy vocals. No doubt, the Finnish guys have really practiced, and their trengh is obviously been found in beautiful, comprehensible melodies and not in death'n'roll bloodbaths, as it seemed in their early days. I might even believe Sentenced capable of having a big breakthrough.
