Competitions at EMP

The small town of Dinkelsbühl in Bavaria, Germany is famous for its well-preserved late Middle-Age cityscape. Every year, many tourists flock to Dinkelsbühl in order to visit the History Museum or the Medieval Old Town and enjoy the Bavarian countryside.

But just once a year this little town is turned upside down when 45,000 metal fans from all around Europe flock to the Summer Breeze Festival - one of Germany's biggest music festivals. This year the lineup leaves no wish unfulfilled: Parkway Drive, Bullet For My Valentine, Hypocrisy, Soilwork, Avantasia, Lordi and many more bands are scheduled to rock the stage.
