In 2006, Motorpsycho announced their comeback as a duo following the departure of long-haired drummer Håkon Gebhard. This didn’t prevent Bent Sæther and Hans Magnus "Snah" Ryan from producing a new album. In fact not one - but two! "Black hole/Blank canvas" is a comparatively simple double album, with no wind section and less complex arrangements. All instruments have been mixed by the masterminds themselves.
