The hard core rapper Ice-T channels his frustration about social inequalities since 1992 with the help of brutal metal riffs. The world has not changed and Ice-T, together with Body Count have not stopped. If he is not swearing, he is complaining about many problems. The message and a nice cover version of Jimmy Hendrix' Hey Joe aside - it is an average good, above average hard metal CD.
