by Ralf Koch (20.04.2009) There may come a time in your life when you ask yourself if you have made all the right decisions. Maybe you should have done things different. Or even better. When you're a musician in a band, sometimes this leads to a split, even if generally everything's fine with your combo. Nasty Dolls, a Swedish Sleazerock band considered to be among the hottest shit of their genre in the late 80s and early 90s, had done everything right: they released four CDs, sold them even as far as to Japan and the USA - but still, they separated in 1995. In 2006 they reunited - and with "Boys Town", they prove that they still have all the tools: the leather-clad, fist-clenching cover girl! The authentic poses on the band pic! The song titles! That's the mortar - the bricks are "Rock out", "Nite like this", and "Evil one", building a nice, impressive Sleaze wall, crowned by a power ballad with the symbolic title "It ain’t easy".
