As the name suggests, the band Joel Hoekstra's 13 is a side project of Whitesnake's guitar player Joel Hoekstra who is also known for his work with Night Ranger, the Trans Siberian Orchestra and the show Rock Of Ages. The musicians involved in the debut album "Dying To Live" are partly the best that Classic Rock currently has to offer.

The sensational line-up is as follows:
