Rock music flows through the veins of 'Desert Mountain Tribe'. For this passion the brothers Philipp (bass) and Felix Jahn (drums) have even moved from Germany to London to found 'Desert Mountain Tribe' there along with singer and guitarist Jonty Balls. With "Either That Or The Moon" now their debut album will be released. On this piece they mix psychrock with the feel-good sound of the 60's, and at times even lose themselves in some dream-pop influences. Songs like the single "Enos In Space", named after one of the first monkeys in space, show that they can write flawless pop hooks. Desert Mountain Tribe take the listener on an almost intergalactic journey, and also know how to convince the critics with their diverse debut.
