by Oliver Kube (11.04.2007) Fans of Nickelback, Theory Of A Dead Man, Puddle Of Mudd and alike, watch out: The quintet from Oklahoma City and their debut album, "Extreme behavior" is the latest sensation in stadium-compatible Post Grunge and Alternative Rock. Especially in the walls of sound epics, such as the gigantic single, "Lips of an angel" and "Better than me" not only frontman Austin Winkler's emotional, rough voice reminds me of Chad Kroeger and Nickelback. But the guys prove to have their own profile. The melodic power song, "Nothin' good about goodbye", e.g., the high energy Rock'n'Roll-song, "Room 21", or the powerful and for this genre unusually easy "Shoulda" show that the Americans have more to offer than another version of the known sounds. This album is the result of the self-consciousness of a band that raised a bank loan over 45,000 Dollar to record one of the most professional demos in Rock history.
