'Genau in diesem Ton' means literally, 'Exactly that tone'. Each and every song on this disc celebrates the passion and the urge to go further than you ever have before. You can hear that the band are really having fun on this album,without caring about genre rules. After being impressed by the drum sounds on a 'Defeater' album, the band googled the recording studio that was used, phoned them and sat down with Jason Maas in the studio a week later. German punk producer VIncent Sorg and mixing expert Moritz Enders perfected the sound: The heavier parts explode, the pop refrains rock and the joy of experimentation take the band off to distant shores.
