"Hellfire Club" CD by Edguy

Fast and provided with some suspicious "Painkiller"-parts, this song is the proclamation of "Hellfire club". Furthermore, highlighted should be "The piper never dies" which in Edguy-terms is rather typical. Stylistically, this song rather serves the Rainbow, Deep Purple corner while the chorus is typically Edguy. Especially Tobias Sammet delivers an excellent performance here! But don't worry, all Edguy fans are being served: e.g. with the up-tempo shells "We don't need a hero", "Lavatory love machine" or "Under the moon"- simply unmistakeable! Ballad fans will also find "Forever". The orchestra mentioned in the interview has been integrated into the songs discreetly, but at a closer listen it adds an enormous depth to the songs. Also production-wise, the guys have improved! Edguy fans won't be disappointed and even metallers who have formerly been critical should add "Hellfire club" to their list!
