Stan Bush wrote hits, like "Love don't lie" for House Of Lords and "Slave to love" for Quiet Riot. He worked with Peter Frampton, Jim Vallance, Desmond Child, Giogio Moroder, Alice Cooper, Jefferson Starship and recorded his solo albums in between. "In this life" is his tenth album and although it won't change his status significantly, it's another great piece of music. Because this man just knows how to write big songs: "I'll never fall", "I don't cry", "Waiting for you" - those would be world hits from bands, like Bon Jovi and Whitesnake. Just listen to the intimate "Southern rain" - a song to kneel down for.
