by Olaf Plotke (23.03.2007) I didn't use to like Pink Cream 69. Already the name was a dilemma. So it wasn't before the 1995-release, "Change", featuring David Readman debuting on mic, that I was really thrilled. I still don't understand why this album failed among critics and fans. Anyway, since then I have become a fan of the band and the new album is a reason to celebrate for several reasons: It is being released for the band's 20th anniversary and it - and that is much more important - is a true killer album! Almost 60 minutes that pass by like in a flight, Pink Cream 69 have managed to write great rock songs sounding as modern as if this style had just been invented. This freshness was possible because they don't hesitate to import elements from other genres, too. "In10sity" keeps what its title promises. I am thrilled! Fans should order their copy soon: only the limited first edition contains the super ballad, "My darkest hour"!
