'Lauschgift' is the fourth regular studio album by Die Fantastischen Vier from the year 1995. With this album, Die Fantastischen Vier continued to develop their style consistently. Only a little remains of the partially psychedelic sound of the previous album 'Die 4. Dimension.' The lyrics deal, among other things, with life as a successful musician (Populär, Locker bleiben), but are also partly thoughtful and philosophical (Thomas und die Philosophie, Ich bin, Krieger). Sie ist weg and Love Sucks shed light on the topic of love. The album reached the top 10 of the charts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The singles released were Sie ist weg, Populär, and Nur in deinem Kopf. Sie ist weg became the LIVE anthem and reached #1 in Germany and #2 in Switzerland in the single charts!
