The second album by Icon of Sin, 'Legends,' follows the success of their self-titled debut album, released in 2021 on Frontiers.
Icon of Sin is a band centered around the singing talent of popular Brazilian YouTube sensation Raphael Mendes, along with two other outstanding Brazilian musicians, Sergio Mazul (SEMBLANT) and Marcelo Gelbcke (LANDFALL), who work as songwriters and producers.

Icon of Sin's debut album showcased a true rising star in the realm of traditional Heavy Metal . Sergio Mazul and Marcelo Gelbcke created a straightforward, no-frills, classic, pure Heavy Metal album that blew away fans of Iron Maiden and the classic Dio-era Sabbath! Mendes proves himself not just as an imitator of a foreign singing style, but as an artist who has something truly hot to offer, especially to fans of the new trends in the traditional Heavy Metal revival. The new album continues the task of forging a true and solid identity for Icon of Sin and pushing it forward. Once again, the songs draw inspiration from various sources of traditional metal sound and mercilessly showcase Raphael's vocal abilities, taking his undeniable talent to the next musical level. Gelbcke (this time also as lead guitarist) and Mazul have again written an exciting range of songs that, while inspired by masters like Maiden, Priest, Dio, and Saxon, expand on them and offer a headbanging-addicted, completely infectious album.
