Which outshines every release we’ve heard so far from the Apokalyptische Reiter (apart from the concerts - they are in a class of their own). The eleven songs on "Licht" have all the assets a Reiter maniac appreciates: the peppy and powerful "Es wird schlimmer", "Adrenalin" or "Wir hoffen" are galopping through the night, whereas "Nach der Ebbe", "Der Elende" or "Ein Lichtlein" have a more moderate pace. This CD is like a string of pearls: forceful verses are followed by catchy choruses again and again... This thoughtful "Licht" will definitely brighten up your day.
