by Anne-K. Fricke (10.07.2008) "Myrskyntuoja" is the third studio album the Fins release. In their home country, they did it like Lordi and participated in that Grand Prix d’Eurovision pre-contest – nevertheless, you can trust them regarding musical credibility... Which is proven by the twelve songs (watch out – Finnish vocals!). Melodic power metal is Teräsbetoni’s business – and they know all the tricks of the trade. Axemen Järvinen and Rantanen strut their stuff and engage in classical guitar duels ("Metallin voima"). The riffing also spices up the whole thing – which can be heard already on the opener "Voiman vartijat", starting with a melodious lead guitar just to become a simple, yet concise riff. This is supported by Aloha’s great singing and an intoxicating chorus. Mid-tempo rock songs "Missä miehet ratsastaa" and "Painajainen", are catchy and melodious, and "Teräksen taakka" is an excellent almost-ballad: Aloha shows his singing prowess once more on it.
