by Florian Drees (18.07.2008) Discipline have been well known for their catchy Street and Oi Punk - and they act according to this tradition. Now the Dutch have a new release up their sleeves - containing only selected cover versions of songs their idols and heroes have sung. At first, you might be taken aback when you read titles like "Rebel yell" and "Cum on feel the noize" on the track list, but the boys have managed to master even these, not very Discipline-like singing parts. They have their unique and own way to tackle the task - to their fans’ delight. But you don’t get only the 12 newer cover songs, but 18 older ones, too, many of them may be old acquaintances of the long-time follower. Altogether: 30 songs on 2 cds for the price of a regular album: that’s what I call value for money. This, though, is not only for the die-hard fan - anybody digging Punk should grab a copy!
