by Andreas Reissnauer (16.01.2008) It has become quite quiet around S.O.D.-singer, Billy Milano. Until two years ago, the New Yorker hateball has regularly been in the headlines when he mocked someone again. Maybe, Milano has finally grown up? We don't know. Fact is, however, that after ages, he managed to record a new M.O.D.-album. Living in Austin, Texas, meanwhile, "Red, white and screwed" features the M.O.D.-typical mixture of Hardcore and Thrash Metal – this is Metalcore in classic sense, so to say. And in contrast to all fears, the new album is a killer album that can live up to the masterpieces the band recorded in the 90s. If you don't know M.O.D., yet, I can tell you that Pro-Pain is a possible clue, who take the same line, also if the band around Billy Milano is a bit rougher and more uncut. Old school Thrashcore that will perfectly satisfy all remained fans of the genre.
