by Patrick Schmidt (02/01) The last album "Litany" of these Polish Death-specialists doesn't even back a single year there we encounter "Reign forever world" already. But don't believe that this is a fast release just because it is a compilation of three new tracks beside three cover-versions, two live- and two Japanese bonus-tracks. "Reign forever world" rocks! The three new songs, especially the title-track show Vader in an unusual variable outfit. Mauser & Co. define heaviness not only by its speed but also include some parts in Slayer-vein. The Destruction-cover "Total desaster", of course, is pure speed, "Freezing moon" von Mayhem however sounds quite progressive for Vader-relations and consequently highly interesting. "Rapid fire" of Judas Priest after all is quite unspectacular. Nevertheless a must for all Death Metal-fans.
