The brilliant cover art was painted by artist Eliran Kantor (Testament, Iced Earth, Sodom), while all illustrations in the booklet were made by Marcelo Vasco (Slayer, Hatebreed, Kreator). The album is enriched by many guest appearances, among them Randy Blythe (Lamb of God) and Ross Dolan (Immolation).
