Excellent Service

On their debut for label Epitaph Roll The Tanks present themselves as guardians of Rock ’n’ Roll. Unconditional determination, unconditional loyalty - also among themselves - and purposeful working class ethics: you can hear it bleed from the speakers. "Broke Til Midnight" is named after the weakness of the band for feasts on Thursday evenings - with Clash, Pixies and the Heartbreakers in the jukebox. The album of the band from Los Angeles is clearly inspired by the sound of the too soon deceased Joe Strummer, from timeless Indie-Pop of the Pixies and the powerful song craft of Tom Petty. A nevertheless authentic and especially thrilling mixture, which will also please all fans of The Hold Steady, Cold War Kids and Against Me!. The vinyl contains a CD.
