The alternative punk trio from Holland, 'Swain' have had a turbulent year which involved moving to Berlin and personal problems and yet in the Autumn they released their third album “The Long Dark Blue”. This most recent album shows that the band has changed style. 'Swain' sometimes sound cutting, whiny, hardcore or like grunge music, but they always have a life-affirming, the-time-is-now attitude and live life by their own rules.
