Sweden, we love you!!Gluecifer, Hellacopters and Turbonegro (these guys actually are from Norway) are proof for rock'n'roll being more alive than ever before. Backyard Babies come at the right time, another Swedish combo of this genre. "Total 13" is their second LP. The blood will cook, as soon as some hear that the Hellacopter's guitarplayer grabs the strings for the Backyard Babies. "Total 13" at 50% sounds like Social Distortion, at 20% each sound like Gluecifer and the Hellacopters, at 8% like D.A.D. and the remaining 2% go for "Highlights", in this case Monstermagnet. Responsible for the production is no less a person than Tomas Skogsberg, who set the controls at the MNW- und MVG-Studios. Everybody that loves above mentioned bands or digs modern, dirty punk'n'roll, should definitely get this piece. Rock'n'roll all night and party every day. Yeahhhh!
