Voyager have come a long way. The band was formed in 1999 when Daniel Estrin was still studying at the University of Western Australia. Various members entered and left the band's orbit. But when 'V' came into the picture in 2014, the line-up that would take Voyager to the Eurovision Song Contest was already firmly established. Ashley Doodkorte has always been the one behind Voyager's cover artwork, but this is the first album where he sits on the drums. You can feel his influence from the beginning. 'Hyperventilating' tumbles through an asteroid field full of metallic riffs and proggy bass lines. When the chorus kicks in, the band shoots straight towards pop stardom!
