Their Viking Metal bursting for crude dynamics, energetic passages and rough beauty is celebrated by the five horde-members in all sublimity. The highlights on this perfectly performed album are numerous: no matter if they are marching in martial, fast rhythms, triumph in mellow majesty or hit it anthemnic, the gifted quintet manage everything with bravura. I could name only very few bands who could produce such a splendid, homogenous mixture of brutal chords, wild vocal attacks and graceful melody-lines. Furthermore you have a balanced part of fine Folk passages enriching the material. Manegarm always delight with their frenetic playfulness. Perfect addition: the spotlighted Kris Verwimp.
