Entrants must be resident in the UK and may not be employees and their immediate families of EMP, their agents, or anyone directly involved with the promotion. Only one entry is allowed per person.
On-line entries will only be accepted, all sections must be complete. No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries.
All entries submitted become the property of the promoter and cannot be returned. Prizes will be drawn by an independent person, not affiliated with EMP. The competition will close at midnight on 15th October 2017 Winners will be chosen 18th October 2017. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or email. The winner is required to accept the prize within 7 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, EMP will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. EMP retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstance beyond its reasonable control. The judge’s decision will be binding and final and no correspondence will be entered into.
