Excellent Service
After the success of the album "Overkill" Motörhead released another great album in the same year: "Bomber". The album features Motörhead's characteristic style: hard guitar riffs, drums like thunder and Ian 'Lemmy' Kilmister's unique singing style. The general sound of "Bomber", however, is slightly different: it is less 'heavy' than the album "Overkill". With the song "Step Down" the album even includes a blues song, sung by Fast Eddie – unfortunately this was a one time thing. Especially with the title song "Bomber" and the opening song "Dead Men Tell no Tales" Motörhead set new standards for this genre.
