The US compilation Flowers contains tracks from the UK versions of 'Aftermath' and 'Between The Buttons', as well as singles and out-takes from the years 1966-1967, including the double A-side 'Let's Spend The Night Together' / 'Ruby Tuesday'.
The album also includes more classic Jagger/Richards titles: 'Have You Seen Your Mother', 'Baby, Standing In The Shadow?', which is heard on an album for the first time, showcases the early Stones in their most surreal and anxiety-filled form. Also included are the acoustic, thoughtfully sardonic 'Sittin' On A Fence' and the baroque charm of 'Lady Jane'.
