Led Zeppelin IV, that never got an official title, is one of the most artistically influential and commercially most successful albums in the history of Rock music. Released in November 1971, the album set new standards of the Rock sounds for a whole generation with worldwide famous titles like Stairway To Heaven, Rock And Roll, Black Dog and When The Levee Breaks. Led Zeppelin IV was recorded in 1999 in the Grammy Hall Of Fame and reached a total of 23 times platinum in the USA

As the previously released re-issues also Led Zeppelins "Led Zeppelin IV" was personally remastered by guitarist and producer Jimmy Page, with the passion and brilliant skills he also devoted to the original analog tapes. The deluxe edition of Led Zeppelin IV shines with previously unreleased versions of all songs of the original album and contains alternative mixtures of Misty Mountain Hop and Four Sticks as well as mixtures of The Battle Of Evermore and Going To California, heavily equipped with mandolin and guitar. In addition: an alternative version of Stairway To Heaven, mixed in the Sunset Sound Studio in Los Angeles, presenting one of the biggest song of Rock history in a previous unheard dimension.
