Product description

Papa Roach are back - with a new, smashing Hard Rock album: "Time for annihilation... on the record & on the road". The title is an apt summary of its contents: the band presents their new song material on five brandnew studio recordings, complemented by nine live songs from their profound stock of evergreens - the result is a brilliant mix, leaving their fans intoxicated, happy and stunned.

2000, Papa Roach hit the jackpot with "Infest" and have sold more than 8 million albums since then, holding their ground as internationally successful Hard Rock icon, delivering well-known smashers like "Last resort", "Forever", "Getting away with murder", "Scars", "To be loved", "Lifeline", and "Hollywood whore".

by Peter Kupfer (20.09.2010) After a healthy metamorphosis from Nu-Metal to Alternative Rock Jacoby Shaddix and his guys are more grown-up. Already with the previous release they demonstrated their potential to write smash hits without being childish. Nevertheless, “Time for annihilation“ differs. An accomplished combination of 5 new songs and live stuff of older songs is the deal. Surprised? Indeed! The new songs show impressively the new direction of the band. “Kick it in the teeth“ and “One track mind“ are classical Rock songs. In contrast the ballad “No matter what“ which represents the softer part of the California-based band. On the other hand the live stuff verify the fact that Papa Roach is an amazing live band which never forgot the roots.
