by Markus Eck (29.01.2009) Not only since Leaves' Eyes has been founded, voice wonder Liv Kristine Espenæs Krull has been a token of fascinating and thrilling vocal moments. So far, the gifted blonde has released two studio albums with the band - both dealing with historical / Nordic themes. The same effort the outfit (the instrumental section consists of Atrocity musicians) puts in their songs, they put in this double DVD, too. The package has a luscious front cover artwork and offers altogether more than six (6!) hourse of total playing time - that's what I call value fro money, folks! The first DVD contains an extensive band documentary with some personal insights, and various tour impressions. The second DVD of this remarkably luxurious set features the memorable Leaves' Eyes gig on 20. October 2007 at the Metal Female Voices in Wieze, Belgium. The songs played on that occasion are included on the two bonus CDs.
