FAQ E-Gift Cards

Do you want to make someone's day and give them an EMP E-gift card? You can find all our E-gift cards here. You will then receive the E-gift code by email after purchasing it. You can choose your favourite design from the various options.

Once your payment is processed, the E-gift card will be sent to you via email. The email will include a link where you can choose a design for your E-gift card, which you can then download as a PDF to print.
Unfortunately, our E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. However, we’re certain there’s something brilliant waiting for you in our shop!
As we process orders for dispatch immediately after they are received, it’s not possible to apply an E-gift card after the order has been placed. Please make sure to use your E-gift card before completing your next order.
The remaining balance on your E-gift card will stay in your account. You can continue to use the E-gift card code until the full amount is spent. If you return any items from your order, the amount used will be credited back to your E-gift card account.
There could be several reasons why you're unable to redeem your promotional code. First, please check the Terms and Conditions. It's possible that the minimum order value hasn't been met, or that some items in your order are excluded from the promotion. Additionally, make sure the promotion is still valid and hasn't already ended.
Unfortunately, combining multiple promotional codes in a single order is not possible.
