More than 25 years ago, a newcomer to video games started an incomparable triumph. The most elaborate games and exclusive titles, the Sony PlayStation, which is now in its fourth generation with PlayStation 4, is now leading the way in the home console sector. And millions of players compete online today via the PlayStation Network.
The original device released in 1994 with the name PSX sold over 100 million copies worldwide. Around 8,000 games were released for the console, with around one billion copies sold. Among them are several game series that are still at the forefront today. For example "Grand Theft Auto" or "Gran Turismo". Or the mother of all stealth shooters "Metal Gear Solid". And don't forget the action adventure "Tomb Raider" and the horror shooter "Resident Evil". Both games resulted in successful films with Angelina Jolie, Alicia Vikander and Milla Jovovich.
No wonder that the console today enjoys absolute cult status and has been launched several times in new variants. And of course there is a lot of fan merchandise to show that you are a PlayStation fan!
Playstation shop for your favourite console
Do not leave the house without the appropriate fan clothing. Various caps with different logos show your affiliation with team PlayStation from a distance. Likewise, T-shirts with the legendary button lettering. For sports, and also for eSports, you put on your jogging pants and jacket, and for the fashion-conscious lady we have leggings, tops and tailored hooded jackets in our range.
Whether in a backpack in various designs or in a shoulder bag that is exactly modeled on a PSX, take your things with you in the right bag. Drink your coffee or other hot drinks from a whole collection of different cups or choose from one of the various PlayStation wallets. With so many different designs there is something for everyone, for example for passionate gamers or for couples, the matching coasters prevent coffee stains on your coffee table. In the evening you can switch to the PlayStation beer mug. And, if you manage not to forget, you can read the time from an alarm clock in the design of the PlayStation controller.
